By engaging Studio Faraj for web development, IT consulting, or any other services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Studio Faraj (the "Service Provider").
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before work commences on any project. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery of files or website launch.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur a late fee of 5% per month.
While we strive to complete company websites within 15 days, timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response times, and unforeseen circumstances. Delays caused by the client (such as late content delivery) may extend the project timeline.
The Client agrees to:
Client Content: The Client retains all rights to content, images, and materials provided to Studio Faraj.
Developed Work: Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the custom-developed website or application. Studio Faraj retains the right to use the project in our portfolio.
Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party plugins, themes, or libraries subject to their own licenses.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project scope will require a new quote and timeline adjustment.
Hosting and ongoing maintenance services are separate from initial development and require separate agreements. We offer 24/7 technical support for clients with active maintenance contracts.
Studio Faraj warrants that all work will be performed professionally and to industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or traffic levels. Websites are tested across major browsers and devices, but we cannot guarantee perfect performance on all possible configurations.
Studio Faraj's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Agrigento, Italy.
Studio Faraj reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
